Florida State Road 293
State Road 293 (SR 293) is a long road that extends from U.S. Route 98 in Destin, north across the Mid-Bay Bridge, a toll bridge, to State Road 85 in Niceville.
==Route description==
State Road 293 begins at the intersection with Mid-Bay Bridge Road and US 98 in Destin, where SR 293 takes Mid-Bay Bridge north, passing by the shopping center next to the southern terminus, and then passing by a middle school and docks for the mile between US 98 and the southern end of the Mid-Bay Bridge. It then crosses the 3.6 mile long toll bridge over Choctawhatchee Bay, where at the northern end, tolls are collected ($3 for cars as of July 11, 2010〔(Mid Bay Tolls )〕). It extends for another two miles as White Point Road, traveling northward through the Bluewater Bay community to its northern terminus of SR 20.
